MindfulWake Retreat

A Day of Mindfulness: A retreat just for faculty and staff

Saturday March 16, 2024, 9 am – 4 pm Register

Location: Timberlake Earth Sanctuary (Whitsett, NC)
Cost: $25

This relaxed and enjoyable one-day retreat is dedicated to your well-being. The retreat aims to introduce you to the key aspects of mindfulness and will equip you with simple but powerful techniques to assist you in the developing of your own practice.  The day is suitable for beginners curious about mindfulness and its benefits, and those who would like to deepen their practice.

Awareness about the Enneagram as a powerful tool to support our practice of self-awareness and compassion has been growing over the past few years, but it can be hard to bridge our knowledge of our Type into practical, transformative action. This retreat will also feature an overview of all Nine Enneagram Types, and how to integrate this knowledge into your mindfulness practice to loosen the grip of old patterns, and deepen your compassion for yourself and others.

Registration fee is $25, which includes all retreat materials and food/beverage during the event.
